October 2001 - current date: Program Manager at USI - Università della Svizzera italiana (Lugano, Switzerland); it's an 80% employment.

  • My major responsibility is coordinating the projects of the Faculty of Informatics.
  • Until September 2004 I managed the project for the creation of the Faculty of Informatics.
  • I'm also working as scientific collaborator at the ALaRI Institute for the Master of Engineering in Embedded Systems Design.
  • For the remaining 20% I'm available as consultant through my own company.

January - December 2008: I have been the coordinator for Ticino of the federal initiative called informatica08.

October 1997 - September 2001: Test & Integration Team Manager at The Fantastic Corporation R&D SA (Manno, Switzerland)

  • My major responsibility was managing and allocating Test & Integration Team resources consisting of a Team of 10 Test Engineers and a Test Lab.
  • Leading the development project of the first version (V1.8) of the Fantastic Broadband System.

May 1994 - September 1997: Network Analyst at the Centro Elettronico della BSI Banca della Svizzera Italiana and BossLab (Pregassona, Switzerland)

  • Responsible for: analyzing and solving Network problems, installing and maintaining LAN/WAN equipment.
  • Leading the development project of a LAN/WAN Network of BSI Banca della Svizzera Italiana in Switzerland, England (London) and  USA (New York).
